KFUPM is

Ensuring the heal than safety of all faculty members, staff, students and visitors is one of KFUPM's highest priorities. The University Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policy set out the management framework we use to achieve that. It specifies that it is the particular responsibility of line management, who are in a position to exercise control over their activities, and ensure that those activities are carried out safely.

It is the University's policy to ensure, as is reasonably practicable, the EHS and welfare of its faculty members, staff, students, families, and visitors to its premises. In doing so, it should comply fully with all EHS and welfare legislation and associated approved codes of practice nationally and internationally.
